What are you going to do 

  • Steuerung des Konfigurationsmanagements nach der Raumfahrtnorm ECSS-M-ST-40C für Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung projektbezogener Abstimmungen wie Freigabebesprechungen und Reviews
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung, Pflege und Aktualisierung zentraler Projekt- und Konfigurationsdokumente
  • Steuerung von Workflows zur geordneten Dokumentenfreigabe sowie Upload von Dokumenten in Kundenportale
  • Rechtssichere Handhabung und Verwaltung von geheimgeschützten und exportrechtlich relevanten Informationen
  • Analyse, Definition und Optimierung konfigurationsrelevanter Datenströme und Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der bestehenden Toollandschaft im Konfigurationsmanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation sowie im Projektdokumentenmanagement
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im rechtssicheren Umgang mit geheimgeschützten sowie exportrechtlich geschützten Daten und Unterlagen
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in spezifische Daten- und Dokumentenmanagementprozesse (As-Designed / As-Built)
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeit zur Visualisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP (bevorzugt in den Modulen DVS, PS und PLM) sowie im MS-Office-Paket
  • Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
