What are you going to do 

  • Analyse und Bewertung vertraglicher Anforderungen an das Konfigurationsmanagement

  • Ableitung, Definition und Umsetzung projektspezifischer Vorgaben im Konfigurationsmanagement

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Fortschreibung der projektspezifischen KM-Dokumentation

  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Konfigurationsidentifikation einschließlich KID

  • Erstellung, Etablierung und Pflege von Konfigurations-Baselines

  • Verantwortung für das projektbezogene Änderungsmanagement hinsichtlich Prozesskonformität und Termineinhaltung

  • Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter KM-Prozesse und Standards innerhalb des Projekts

  • Koordination der KM-relevanten Schnittstellen mit internen und externen Beteiligten

  • Pflege und Überwachung der Dokumenten- und Ablagestrukturen in den eingesetzten Systemen

  • Erstellung von Konfigurationsstatusberichten und Sicherstellung einer transparenten Statusverfolgung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement, Änderungsmanagement oder Dokumentenmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in KM-Planung, Konfigurationsidentifikation, Baseline-Management und CSA
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von KM-Dokumenten und Statusberichten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit formalen Änderungs-, Freigabe- und Nachverfolgungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie Termin- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Klare Kommunikation und sicheres Auftreten im Projektumfeld
