What are you going to do

Administration und Weiterentwicklung der ERP- und Softwarelandschaft (u. a. Dynamics 365, pds, AEM) sowie Betreuung von Anwendungsservern wie DATEV und Lexware
Verantwortung für Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement sowie Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards
Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Backups inklusive regelmäßiger Test-Wiederherstellungen
Administration von Netzwerk, Firewall, VPN, Remote-Zugängen und Telefonie-Infrastruktur
Analyse, Fehlerbehebung sowie Durchführung von Updates und Systemoptimierungen
Erstellung von Dashboards und Reports mit Microsoft Power BI sowie datenbasierte Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen
Optimierung von Datenstrukturen und Geschäftsprozessen sowie Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenzialen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
Fundierte Erfahrung in der System- und Netzwerkadministration im MS-Umfeld (Server, AD, M365)
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen - idealerweise MS Business Central oder pds
Know-How in IT-Sicherheit, Backup, Firewall und VPN
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
