What are you going to do 

  • Administration und Wartung von Servern, Netzwerken und IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Hard- und Software
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemperformance
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im IT-Betrieb
  • Betreuung von Windows-/Linux-Servern und Clients
  • Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung (z. B. Active Directory)
  • Backup- und Recovery-Management
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Systemmigrationen
  • Dokumentation der IT-Systeme und Prozesse
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen

  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN etc.)

  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V) und Cloud-Diensten (z. B. Microsoft 365, Azure)

  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
