Introduction

Wir von Brunel suchen für einen unserer Kunden einen engagierten IT-Fachmann (m/w/d), der Netzwerke und IT-Systeme installiert, betreut und weiterentwickelt. In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb in Kundenumgebungen und unterstützen sowohl technisch als auch beratend.

What are you going to do 

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten

  • Diagnose und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen in Kundenumgebungen

  • Sicherstellung der Netzwerksicherheit und Einhaltung von Datenschutzrichtlinien

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Netzwerkerweiterungen und -upgrades

  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Systemüberprüfungen, Backups und Software-Updates

  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Berichte und Statusprotokolle

  • Schulung von Kunden in der Nutzung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung in der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, Netzwerkkomponenten und Peripheriegeräten

  • Kenntnisse in der Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen

  • Erfahrung in Netzwerksicherheit, Datenschutz und IT-Standards

  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Dokumentation und Reporting

  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region OWL

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
