What are you going to do 

  • Sie bauen IT-Systeme an der Rennstrecke sowie bei Testevents auf, überwachen diese zuverlässig und verantworten den reibungslosen Abbau.
  • Vor Ort stehen Sie dem Team als technische Unterstützung zur Seite und sichern die Funktionsfähigkeit sämtlicher Systeme.
  • Sie betreuen die gesamte trackside IT-Infrastruktur mit Data- und Engineering Stations, Laptops, Netzwerkkomponenten sowie Funk- und Intercom-Geräten.
  • Im Headquarter übernehmen Sie die Rolle der IT-Administration und stellen durch Monitoring-Tools, Diagnosen und Failover-Strategien eine stabile Performance sicher.
  • Darüber hinaus analysieren Sie Netzwerktrends, dokumentieren Prozesse und leisten durch Verkabelung, Tests und Fehlerbehebungen einen wichtigen Beitrag zum erfolgreichen Rennbetrieb.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Motorsport
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemadministration oder Ingenieurwesen mit IT-Schwerpunkt
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Serveradministration und Betriebssystemen
  • Vielseitiges Know-how in IT-Hard- und Software sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit unter Zeitdruck, Eigeninitiative und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
