Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen IPT Manager (m/w/d) am Standort Kiel. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Integrated Project Team (IPT) Struktur innerhalb komplexer Bau- und Entwicklungsprogramme und arbeiten eng mit interdisziplinären Fachbereichen sowie unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen.

What are you going to do 

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der IPT-Strukturen in laufenden Programmen
  • Organisation von IPT-Gremien über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Moderation und Dokumentation von IPT-Meetings
  • Koordination standort- und bereichsübergreifender Aktivitäten
  • Überwachung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminzielen
  • Eskalation von Abweichungen innerhalb der IPT-Struktur
  • Steuerung des zentralen IPT-Reportings
  • Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Projektfortschritten
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und Datenaffinität
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Moderationsstärke sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Stakeholderorientierung
