What are you going to do 

Als Front Office Medewerker op opdracht als Pensioen Klantenservicemedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het maken van het verschil in klantcontact!

  • Het beantwoorden van klantvragen over hun pensioen;
  • Je hebt klantcontact via verschillende kanalen, zoals telefonisch, chat en e-mail;
  • Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van het klantcontact.

Essential skills and knowledge

Jij bent een klantgerichte professional met empathie. Ook kan je goed luisteren. Daarnaast heb je;

  • Mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Wft Basis, en bent bereid Wft Pensioenen te halen;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

What we offer 

Als  Front Office Mederwerker Pensioenen gedetacheerd worden door Brunel betekent dat je in dienst treedt bij Brunel. Hierbij kan je rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een salaris tot €4.400 euro bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.
  • 8% vakantiegeld.
  • 26 vakantiedagen per jaar met de mogelijkheid om dit tot 40 uit te breiden.
  • De mogelijkheid om certificaten te behalen: Wft's, MiFiD/ESMA, Lean.
  • Een op maat gemaakt opleidingstraject bij de Brunel Academy.
  • Een OV kaart die je zowel zakelijk als privé mag gebruiken. En als je toch besluit een keer met eigen vervoer te reizen, dan ontvang je een kilometervergoeding.
  • Vanaf dag 1 pensioenopbouw.
  • Een thuiswerkvergoeding.
  • Bonusmogelijkheden die oplopen tot duizenden euro's per jaar.
