What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die operative Abwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen sowie Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Durchführung von Bestellungen und Abstimmung von Lieferterminen, Mengen und Konditionen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Überwachung der Lieferperformance und Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen oder Engpässen
  • Analyse von Beschaffungsprozessen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen im Einkauf
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Supply Chain und technischen Fachbereichen
  • Pflege und Auswertung einkaufsrelevanter Daten im ERP-System
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen und Beschaffungsstrategien im Projektumfeld
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Termin­zielen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Bezug zum Einkauf, Supply Chain oder Logistik
  • Erste Erfahrung im Einkauf, in der Disposition oder im Supply Chain Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
