What are you going to do

Eigenständiges Management der Angebotsabgabe und Vertragsverhandlungen, inklusive Vertragserstellung.
Unterstützung von Lieferanten bei der Lösung technischer Probleme.
Überwachung der Vertragserfüllung in allen Phasen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung (Logistik, Support, Qualität, Kosten).
Pflege und Management der Lieferantenbeziehungen zur Optimierung von Kundennutzen und Reduzierung von Kosten und Risiken.
Mitarbeit in Angebots-Teams und während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit.
Teilnahme an der Organisationsentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung.
Unterstützung und Vertretung des Lead Buyers.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Witschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar notwendig
Erfahrung im Einkauf und sehr gutes Verständnis für Einkaufsprozesse erforderlich
Gutes technisches Verständnis für mechanische und elektrotechnische Produkte wünschenswert
Erfahrung in der Vertragsverhandlung und -erstellung wünschenswert
SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse erforderlich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
