Brunel is currently partnering with a leading mining company in Indonesia to recruit an experienced Corporate HR Manager based in Jakarta.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to lead and drive the company's people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and support business growth within a dynamic and fast-paced mining environment.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead the overall corporate Human Resources function and provide strategic HR partnership to senior management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and corporate governance.
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and culture transformation programs.
  • Develop competitive compensation & benefits strategies and oversee HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including several years in an HR leadership position.
  • Previous experience within the mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, energy, or EPC sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, industrial relations, and change management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
