What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung agiler Teams bei der Planung, Priorisierung und effizienten Arbeitsorganisation
  • Vorbereitung, Moderation und Durchführung von verschiedenen Teamformaten und Retrospektiven, auch in englischer Sprache
  • Förderung von Selbstorganisation, Eigenverantwortung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen innerhalb der Teams
  • Identifikation und konsequente Beseitigung von Hindernissen (Impediments) sowie die Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Teamentwicklung
  • Nachhalten und Sicherstellen der Umsetzung vereinbarter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Agieren als Sparringspartner für Product Leads bei Fragen zu Prozessen, Zusammenarbeit und Teamdynamiken

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt auf Organisationsentwicklung, Projektmanagement oder agile Transformation erforderlich
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (z.B. Scrum, Kanban) sowie ausgeprägte Moderations- und Workshop-Kompetenz notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
