What are you going to do 

  • Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Energiemanagementsystems nach ISO 50001
  • Analyse der Ergebnisse aus dem letzten Audit sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Aufnahme und Bewertung des IST-Zustands
  • Vorbereitung und aktive Durchführung des anstehenden ISO 50001 Audits
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung neuer Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und der Produktion
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Energiemanager / Energy Manager
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 50001
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Audits (mindestens zu ca. ⅔ selbst verantwortet, reine Begleitung reicht nicht aus)
  • Erfahrung in der Industrie, idealerweise in der Papier- oder Produktionsbranche
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Excellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort udn Schrift
