What are you going to do 

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to take ownership of day to day site delivery across a mix of renewal works, minor capital works and maintenance activities.

This is a hands on role where you will be coordinating onsite construction activities, supervising crews, subcontractors and plant, and making sure works are delivered safely, on program and to specification.

* Delivering toolboxes and briefings and ensuring SWMS are understood and followed * Making sure works meet specifications, standards and codes of practice
* Managing quality, defects, non conformances and corrective actions * Keeping accurate site records including labour, plant and subcontractor costs
* Providing early notice of variations and potential claims * Setting daily production targets and keeping works moving
* Building solid working relationships with project stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors

What we're looking for

* Background in construction or civil works with site supervision experience * Strong understanding of safety requirements and quality standards
* Confident leading crews and subcontractors on site * Good commercial awareness and cost tracking skills
* Clear communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders * Relevant construction qualification or strong practical experience

You're a practical, on site leader who enjoys being out in the field, keeping crews productive, and making sure work is delivered safely, on time and to spec.

* Solid site and construction experience with a strong understanding of construction practices, design and build principles. * Proven supervision experience coordinating onsite construction activities across renewals, minor capital works and maintenance style programs.
* Comfortable leading crews, plant and subcontract teams and driving performance day to day.
