Introduction

  • Develops the North Field Expansion Offshore Business activities and advises the Project Management Team (PMT), particularly Head of Business Support in relation to internal processes and procedures.
  • Co-ordinates the hiring process for all OCR new hires.

What are you going to do 

  • Advises PMT team on the process and ensures all aspects of each Gate deliverable is produced in a timely manner. Formulates the road maps to be in line with the DRAM.
  • Facilitates the hiring process for the Project PMT team, arranges for interview details, once the candidate is selected advise MPR (Major Projects Recruitment) and request negotiations to be started.
  • Maintain personnel management registers by updating the details of each hiring process with MPR (Major Projects Recruitment).
  • Co-ordinates CV request from SIS and TPIS agencies as needed, advises candidates selected to Contract Specialist.
  • Provide effective support to the offshore Project, in respect to the successful implementation and stewardship of key aspects of the processes.
  • Provide coordination, guidance and support in preparation of Gate deliverables to projects, including Roadmap, deliverables, Responsibility & Authorities Matrix (RAM) and compliance.
  • Participate in the planning, coordination and successful execution of project reviews (Independent Project Review, Cold Eyes Review, Construction Readiness Review, Design Readiness Review, Internal Assessments etc.) including identifying and organizing team members to ensure project reviews are conducted “independently”. Stewards the closure of actions from these reviews and assessments to ensure timely and proper completion.
  • Maintain project key milestones/activities schedule, working with the assigned focal points on monthly updates, ensure timely completion of all the activities and ensure necessary documents are being archived.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
  • Preferred 8 years of experience in administration support experience with Oil and Gas Project and Senior Management.
  • A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant applications
