What are you going to do 

  • Planung, Entwurf und Berechnung von Bauwerken im Hoch-, Tief-, Infrastruktur- oder Wasserbau
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der Bauausführung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten (Gewerke, Fachplaner, Behörden, Kunden)
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Ausschreibungen und technischen Dokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung an nachhaltigen und innovativen Baukonzepten
  • Je nach Projekt: Tragwerksplanung, Bauüberwachung, Projektsteuerung oder Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (B.Eng., B.Sc., M.Eng., M.Sc. oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hoch-, Tief-, Infrastruktur- oder Ingenieurbau
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Regelwerke und HOAI-Leistungsphasen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie CAD-Systemen (z. B. AutoCAD), idealerweise BIM-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken
