What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Tiefbauprojekten im Bereich Kabel- und Trassenbau
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Koordination der Nachunternehmer sowie Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Versorgern
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Baustellenberichten und Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung, z. B. durch Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika, bzw. Berufserfahrung im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft oder Tiefbau
  • Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und einschlägigen Normen; Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden von Vorteil
  • Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Kenntnisse in CAD- oder Abrechnungssoftware
