Introduction
What are you going to do
- Deliver subdivision works to program, budget and quality targets
- Provide engineering support across earthworks, services and pavements
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Monitor costs, variations and forecasting
- Ensure WHS, environmental and quality compliance
Essential skills and knowledge
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience as a Project Engineer, or a strong Site Engineer ready to step up, within civil construction
- Solid understanding of earthworks, roadworks and bulk infrastructure, ideally with experience delivering subdivision projects
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
