Introduction
- Lead the execution oversight and hook-up of the offshore piping and mechanical equipment on site encompassing installation and welding of exotic pipework (CRA, inconel, stainless steels) and installation of key equipment.
- To ensure the highest level of safety and compliance during execution.
What are you going to do
- Accountable for offshore safety to promote a safe work environment
- Accountable for offshore quality to support flawless delivery and start-up
- Stewarding and facilitating CTR to deliver safely and as per schedule
- PMT offshore focal point for Piping and Mechanical related TQs
- Support PTW and offshore daily progress and PTW meetings with CTR
- Support offshore HU Head as required
- Attend HU meetings / document reviews / risk assessments etc. as required
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
- 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
- Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
- Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects,
- Subsurface, etc.
