Introduction
What are you going to do
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing supplier invoices, client invoices and payments
- Following up outstanding payments and tracking debtors
- Managing deposits and progress claims
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Completing project data entry and administration in Jobpac
- Maintaining accurate project and financial records
- Assisting with contracts, variations and EOTs
- General project and office administration
- Supporting staff onboarding, office supplies and company events
Essential skills and knowledge
- 1-3 years' experience working for a builder
- Previous experience across AP/AR or accounts administration
- Strong administration, data entry and organisational skills
- Jobpac experience highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
