Introduction

Our client, a Tier 3 Builder in Brisbane, are looking for a Full Time, Permanent Site Manager to join their team.

The company are an established builder who deliver complex projects across New build, Fit-Out, Refurbishment and Infrastructure within the Education, Defence, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial and Community industries valued up to $25m.

Their ideal candidate has a strong background in delivering Fit Out / Maintenance works however exposure to New Build Projects is appreciated.

What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the site programmes.
  • Communicate effectively with different clients to ensure they receive a high quality experience.
  • Lead the site teams to meet project demands and timelines.
  • Report on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget.
  • Meet project KPI's.
  • Ensure projects are adhering to construction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts.
  • Manage sub-contractors.


    Essential skills and knowledge 

    • Happy to travel across sites.
    • QBCC Site Supervisor license.
    • 3 -5 years experience on commercial builds.
    • Exposure of commercial project from $5M.
    • Trade qualified.
    • Strong Communication.
    • Ability to read plans and understand project scopes
