We provide skills training to develop the soft skills of your IT professionals, which then improves the efficiency and quality of your ICT department.

Practical trainers

Our training courses are given by trainers with plenty of practical experience. They’re ICT specialists and consultants who regularly face day-to-day practical issues. We look behind the scenes at various large companies to learn what works and what doesn’t in certain situations.

Open registration and customised content

Our training courses are available by open registration or as customised options. (An overview of the scheduled open registration training courses is shown below.) If you have a group needing training, a specifically tailored course could be just the solution as it allows you to provide your own cases.

Follow-up

Following up training in the form of refresher days and on-the-job coaching ensures that newly acquired skills have become properly embedded. All of our training courses focus on professionalising the services provided by your IT department.

Exams

We are accredited as an official ITIL® examination centre, as well as for other EXIN exams, which allows us to offer various foundation exams at locations throughout the Netherlands. Together with our participants, we choose the place and time, and provide accredited supervisors.
