Senior Buyer
Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive procurement plans aligned with project scope, timelines, and budgets. * Execute sourcing strategies in alignment with Category Management frameworks. * Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. * Lead negotiations for critical packages to secure favorable commercial terms while mitigating contractual and operational risks. * Collaborate closely with Category Management teams when required. * Issue and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy, compliance with specifications, and adherence to company policies. * Ensure procurement activities remain within budget constraints. * Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance. * Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and safety standards. * Provide regular procurement status updates to project managers and key stakeholders. * Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Mentor, guide, and monitor a team of buyers. * Provide support and expertise to ensure team performance and development.
