Introduction

  • Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities) for Restoration Project.
  • Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.

What are you going to do 

  • Provides technical, administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager, and other team members, with regards to Offices and Temporary Support Facilities.
  • Interfaces with RLC and LNG on administrative and operational activities (e.g. permits, etc.) as required.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Division Manager for COMPANY Doha and project site staff mobilization plans and liaise with Project team to ensure timely site coverage. Including office allocation and pass.
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities; Maintain office policies, procedures, and records; Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and inventory management; Ensure office spaces are organized, well-maintained, and adequately stocked.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related services; Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers.
  • Monitor office health, safety, and compliance requirements; Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly maintained.
  • Coordinate office vendors and service providers; Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related employee requests.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics
  • 8 years' experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Robust administrative proven experience.
  • Good knowledge of Project Execution- a bonus
  • International experience, especially in Qatar or the Middle East, is preferred. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have experience working in RLIC and large-scale projects.
  • May hold a valid driving license.
  • Undertakes complex tasks and acts as a source of guidance for staff and internal customers. Is expected to handle all but the most complex problems and difficulties that might arise.
  • Good knowledge and use of MS office (Word, Excel)
  • Takes initiatives, based on experience gained, to deliver timely and cost-effective service.
  • Works independently within established procedures, plans and budgets and contributes to the development of these.
  • Has autonomy over scheduling and planning of own work; organizes efforts of work group to achieve overall efficiency.
