Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
RFP Purpose
Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

What are you going to do

Administrate & Manage SCCM/Intune Day to Day SCCM Activities include Patch Deployment, Application Deployment, OS Deployment etc.
Manage CMDB.
Manage vulnerability Patch Deployment for Clients and Servers.
Administrate & Manage Nexthink Platform
Administrate & Manage ServiceNow ITSM Platform

Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
