Lead all relevant engineering documents (P&ID, loop checks, wiring diagrams, technical datasheets, cable schedule).
Manage materials, job cards and bags & tags prior to offshore works.
Implement all applicable procedures (hook-up execution plan, safety and risk assessment, installation procedures).
Develop interface requests, request for information, site queries to final client when additional information is required.
Offshore:
Report safety observations regularly to maintain high safety standard level in the work site
Lead site toolbox talks and be proactive in safety.
Lead offshore surveys (Tie in point's identification, site routing, identify potential clashes).
Provide inputs to update offshore planning (hook-up sequences, physical progress)
Prepare offshore material requests based on work sequences and schedule.
Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation work at site. Ensure E&I subcontractor is working according to the Company safety and quality standards, and work is delivered according to client expectations.
Essential skills and knowledge
Engineering Degree associated with Structural and Piping Engineering experience.
Previous experience in topsides E&I construction activities.
Ability to propose decision on Technical items, Resources, Procurement.
10 years minimum of relevant work experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, MS Project).
