Introduction
Brunel is looking for a Contracts Analyst to join the team of one of our clients in the oil and gas sector! This position will be a temporary 9-month contract, through Brunel, with 100% on-site work at our client's office located in Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
What are you going to do
- Administrative management of contracts, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, labor, and health and safety requirements.
- Interface with internal and technical fiscal areas to monitor the execution of services and supplier performance.
- Conducting ad-hoc negotiations and managing claims, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and contractual conditions.
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, with performance analysis and proposal of improvements.
- Control of contractual measurements and validation of invoices for payment.
- Ensuring legal, labor, and regulatory compliance of contracts, with preventive action on deviations.
- Continuous evaluation of suppliers and implementation of corrective actions for performance improvement.
- Preparation, review, and management of contractual documents, including addenda, application of penalties, claims, and adjustments.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Economics, and/or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, and/or related fields (desirable).
- Experience in Administrative Management of Contracts for materials and technical services, preferably in construction and industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (proficiency in Power BI is desirable).
- Tax knowledge.
- Experience with Strategic Sourcing Tools (TCO, Should Cost Analysis, Kraljlic Matrix, BSC).
- Advanced English.
