What are you going to do 

Requirements:

  • Carry out inspection, repair, and maintenance activities on customer and company equipment within the workshop.
  • Your responsibilities include assembling and testing components, performing pressure tests, cleaning and refurbishing tools, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • You will work closely with the workshop manager to ensure all tasks comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, along with proficiency in systems for cost tracking, is essential. A strong focus on safety and quality is paramount.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • (V)MBO/TL Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a workshop or technical environment, ideally within the energy sector
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to a fast-changing work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety
  • Capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in collaboration with management
  • Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
