What are you going to do

Du entwickelst digitale Prozesse, mit denen sich optische Komponenten effizient bewerten und gezielt optimieren lassen.
Du implementierst vollautomatisierte Lösungen und bringst sie direkt in unser hochmodernes Fertigungsumfeld ein.
Neue Prozesse führst du in die Fertigung ein, betreust deren Umsetzung und wirkst aktiv an der Freigabe von Entwicklungsergebnissen mit.
Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für die gesamte Prozesskette - dabei behältst du stets das große Ganze im Blick und verstehst die übergeordneten Zusammenhänge.
In kleineren Projekten übernimmst du die Leitung, koordinierst Fachteams und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossener Master im MINT-Bereich (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung oder Promotion
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Programmieren (idealerweise Python) und moderner Code-Architektur
Freude am Umgang mit IT-Herausforderungen in einem technischen Umfeld
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
