What are you going to do 

  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Umformwerkzeuge (z. B. Stanz-, Folgeverbund- und Transferwerkzeuge)
  • Technische Bewertung von Zeichnungen, Bauteilen und Kundenanforderungen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit und Kosten
  • Anwendung von Kalkulationssystemen (idealerweise Schmale) zur Ermittlung von Werkzeug- und Prozesskosten
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Fertigungs- und Umformprozessen zur Kostenoptimierung
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen (Konstruktion, Produktion, Einkauf, Projektmanagement)
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten für Werkzeugkomponenten und Fremdleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen Klärung in der Angebots- und Konzeptphase

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Umformwerkzeugen erforderlich
  • Erfahrung mit dem Kalkulationstool Schmale wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsprozessen notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
