What are you going to do 

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding van de werf
  • Je stelt de meest doeltreffende werkmethodes voor aan het projectteam
  • Je vraagt prijsoffertes op en je maakt vergelijkingen
  • Je onderhandelt de prijs met de vertegenwoordigers en onderaannemers
  • Ook volg je de vorderingen van de bouwwerken op
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met alle betrokken partijen





Essential skills and knowledge

  • Als onze werkvoorbereider, ben je in het bezit van een bachelor of master bouwkunde
  • Jouw ervaring binnen werkvoorbereiding zorgt ervoor dat deze wereld geen geheimen kent voor jou
  • Stress staat niet in je woordenwolk
  • Planmatig, pro- actief en zelfstandig zijn woorden die eruit springen
  • Daarnaast kan je ook goed in team werken
