What are you going to do 

  • Installatie, configuratie en onderhoud van werkplekapparatuur (pc's, laptops, printers, etc.)
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij softwareproblemen en gebruikersvragen
  • Uitvoeren van updates en patches
  • Beheer van gebruikersaccounts en toegangsrechten
  • Documentatie van procedures en incidenten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting van IT
  • Ervaring met Windows-omgevingen en Microsoft 365
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen is een pré
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
  • Zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht kunnen werken
