What are you going to do 

Als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en opvolging van de betonwerken op de werf

Je takenpakket:

  • Coördineren van de uitvoering op de werf
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van dag- en korte termijnplanningen
  • Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Bepalen van uitvoeringsmethodes en fasering
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering
  • Toezien op basisveiligheid
  • Afroepen van materiaal en materieel
  • Voorbereiden van vorderingsstaten
  • Bijwonen van werfvergaderingen
  • Opvolgen van administratie en communicatie

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als werfleider in betonbouw en zware betonstructuren
  • Sterke kennis van bekisting, funderingen en uitvoeringstechnieken
  • Ervaring met groutpalen en trekankers is een plus
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en procesmatig
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met leiderschap
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
