What are you going to do

* Je gaat de constructieactiviteiten op de werf bij onze klant leiden met zowel interne als externe partijen. Je komt terecht in een farmaceutisch bedrijf met de nodige geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.* Je staat in voor het opstellenen beoordelen van werkvergunningen en maakt gebruik van RAMS en method statements.
* Je maakt de detailplanningen op van de werf en volgt deze dagelijks op. * Ook zal je toozien op de geleverde kwaliteit en geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
* Je organiseert en leidt de dagelijkse en wekelijkse werfvergaderingen. * Toezien op naleving van GMP-, EHS- en farmaceutische kwaliteitsvereisten.
* Coördineren van disciplines zoals civiel, piping, mechanica, HVAC, elektriciteit en automatisatie. * Ondersteunen van commissioning- en opstartactiviteiten.
* In deze afwisselende funcctie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de project manager.

Essential skills and knowledge

* Je beschikt over een technisch diploma op Bachelor of master niveau.* Je hebt treeds een 8 tal jaren ervaring in industriële constructieprocessen waarvan een vijftal jaren in de farmaceutische, biotech- of life sciences-sector.
* Je hebt ervaring met brownfield projecten.* Je bschikt over kennis van GMP-omgevingen en validatievereisten.
* Je bent Vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels.* Je hebt en goed oog voor veiligheid en bent in het bezit van een VCA vol, Nebosh of gelijkwaardig.
* Je bent bekend met MS Project of p6.* Kennis van de Atex regelgeving is zeker een plus alsook ervaring met cleanroomprojecten
