What are you going to do 

  • Einrichten, Umrüsten und Betreuen von Produktionsanlagen bzw. Fertigungszellen zur Herstellung von Bauteilen im Bereich Kunststoffverbund
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs im laufenden Schichtbetrieb
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessabläufen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Standards
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse mittels optischer Mess- und Prüfmittel
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner sowie externer Qualitäts- und Prozessanforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Technik

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe/in, Verfahrensmechaniker/in oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Kunststoffformgebung erforderlich
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
