What are you going to do 

  • Leitung, Steuerung und Koordination von TGA-Projekten
  • Verantwortung für HKLS-Gewerke in Neu- und Bestandsbauprojekten
  • Steuerung von Fachplanern, Nachunternehmern und ausführenden Firmen
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätszielen
  • Prüfung technischer Konzepte und Ausführungsunterlagen
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Begleitung von Vergaben, Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer und gesetzlicher Anforderungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, TGA oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung als TGA-Projektleiter, Bauleiter HKLS, Fachbauleiter, Bauüberwacher oder Projektingenieur Versorgungstechnik
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Bereich HKLS, Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär oder technische Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI und Erfahrung in einzelnen oder mehreren Leistungsphasen (LPH)
  • Kenntnisse der VOB sowie einschlägiger technischer Regelwerke
  • Kenntnisse in TGA-Planungs- und BIM-Software wie Trimble Nova (Plancal Nova), Revit oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) zur Abstimmung mit Kunden, Projektpartnern und Fachabteilungen sowie zur Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Baustellen- und Kundenbesuchen.
