In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Teilprojektleitung Bau (w/m/d) für anspruchsvolle Neubau- und Rückbaupakete eines CCS-Projekts und sorgen als für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Sicherheit.

What are you going to do 

  • Steuerung und Koordination aller Neubau-, Umbau- und Rückbaumaßnahmen innerhalb des CCS-Projekts
  • Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement der zugeordneten Teilprojekte
  • Koordination von Planungsbüros, Gutachtern, Anlagenbauern, Fachgewerken und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Management von Genehmigungsprozessen sowie Schnittstellen zu Behörden und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Durchführung von Vergabeprozessen sowie Steuerung von Vertrags-, Nachtrags- und Claimmanagement
  • Sicherstellung eines rechtskonformen Rückbaus im laufenden Anlagenbetrieb unter Berücksichtigung von HSE-, Schadstoff- und Entsorgungsvorgaben

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Teilprojektleitung im Industrie-, Anlagen- oder Kraftwerksbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung komplexer Neubau-, Umbau- und Rückbauprojekte
  • Erfahrung im Vergabe-, Vertrags-, Nachtrags- und Claimmanagement sowie in der Termin- und Kostensteuerung
  • Kenntnisse im Abfallrecht, Umgang mit gefährlichen Abfällen sowie relevanten HSE-Anforderungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
