What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen nach aktuellen Normen und Spezifikationen (z. B. H011, ASD S1000D, militärische Vorgaben)

  • Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete: Planung, Umsetzung und Qualitätskontrolle im interdisziplinären Umfeld

  • Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten: Austausch mit internen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern sowie Kunden

  • Erstellung von Berichten zu Projektfortschritt, Budgetstatus und Zeitplänen

  • Unterstützung des Projektmanagements durch Mengengerüste, Auswertungen und strukturierte Zuarbeit

  • Durchführung von Abgleiche zwischen Dokumentation und realer Hardware

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Technikerausbildung im Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Ersatzteildokumentation

  • Praktische Kenntnisse der S2000M-Spezifikation (B007) sind wünschenswert

  • Technisches Verständnis gepaart mit wirtschaftlichem Denken

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie RSPM oder MATCONF zur Ersatzteildokumentation

  • Englischkenntnisse auf professionellem Niveau

  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
