What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Flugfunkgeräten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitätssicherung, Luftfahrtnormen und Kundenanforderungen
  • Konzeption und Spezifikation der nächsten Generation von Flugfunkprodukten
  • Technische Zuarbeit für den Vertrieb bei zivilen und militärischen Ausschreibungen
  • Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Umfeld komplexer Elektronik
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenprojektleitung und Produktmanagement
  • Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Tests zur Absicherung von Funktion, Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Qualifikation von Hard- und Software
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren technischen Dokumentation

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro-, Nachrichten- oder Kommunikationstechnik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Konzeption, Spezifikation und Hardware-Entwicklung
  • Souveränes Auftreten, gute Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und in der Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung
  • Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Projekten mit externen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und Themen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Interesse an luftfahrttechnischen Fragestellungen, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Avionik
  • Kenntnisse in der HF-Technik sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
