What are you going to do 

  • Projektplanung, ‑koordination und ‑leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten (Hardware und Software) im Bereich Electronic Warfare - COMINT
  • Sicherstellung der Lieferleistung innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeit‑, Kosten‑ und Qualitätsrahmens
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und projektbezogenen Kalkulationen
  • Fachliche Steuerung der interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams, inkl. Planung und Überwachung von Arbeitspaketen
  • Schätzung von Entwicklungsaufwänden und Ressourcenbedarfen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Minimierung von Entwicklungs‑ und Projektrisiken
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Unterauftragnehmern
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Stakeholdern im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium (z. B. Mathematik, Physik, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik)
  • Langjährige praktische Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Souveräne Steuerung interdisziplinärer Hard‑ und Software‑Teams
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität über den gesamten Projektverlauf
  • Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung, Aufwandsabschätzung und Ressourcenplanung
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Management von Unterauftragnehmern und externen Partnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement‑Tools, insbesondere MS Project
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations‑ und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
  • PMP‑Zertifizierung von Vorteil
