Introduction

Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Industrialisierung eines anspruchsvollen Automotive-Projekts und verantworten die erfolgreiche Überführung von der Konzeptphase in eine stabile Serienproduktion. Dabei verbinden Sie technische Projektsteuerung, Produktionsplanung und Lieferantenmanagement und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

What are you going to do 

  • In Ihrer Tätigkeit als Technischer Projektleiter steuern Sie eigenverantwortlich alle Industrial- und Manufacturing-Engineering-Aktivitäten über den gesamten Projektverlauf hinweg und stellen die Zielerreichung in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine sicher.
  • Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungslayouts, Materialflüssen sowie Produktions- und Logistikkonzepten zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe im Serienumfeld.
  • Sie sind tätig im Bereich der Auswahl, Spezifikation und Beschaffung von Produktionsanlagen und Werkzeugen sowie in der technischen Betreuung und Steuerung von Lieferanten über alle Projektphasen hinweg.
  • Ihre Aufgabe umfasst die Vorbereitung des Produktionsstandorts, die Koordination von Anlagenverlagerungen sowie die Planung und Umsetzung des Produktionshochlaufes inklusive Abnahmen, Testläufen und Serienfreigaben.
  • Abschließend übernehmen Sie die Steuerung des Projektcontrollings, die Nachverfolgung offener Punkte, das Änderungsmanagement sowie den strukturierten Know-how-Transfer in das Serienwerk.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischer Projektleitung, Industrial Engineering oder Manufacturing Engineering
  • Hintergrund im Automotive-Umfeld, idealerweise Serienprojekte
  • Erfahrung in Industrialisierung, Produktionsaufbau und Ramp-up
  • Kenntnisse in Layoutplanung, Anlagenbeschaffung und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in der Steuerung externer Partner
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden und Tools
  • Kenntnisse in Automotive Core Tools (z. B. FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft im internationalen Umfeld
