What are you going to do 

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Koordination und Abwicklung der Beschaffung von Investitionsgütern, Fertigungsmaterial und Zukaufteilen für anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte.
  • Sie holen Angebote ein, führen Angebotsvergleiche durch und führen Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Weiterhin tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die projektbezogene Termin- sowie Budgetkontrolle und für die Statusverfolgung im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings inklusive Dokumentation bzw. Reporting.
  • Sie stellen die einkaufsseitige Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Lieferanten und den internen Fachbereichen dar.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferantenmanagement wählen Sie Lieferanten aus.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium als Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d), Wirtschaftswissenschaftler oder Ingenieur (m/w/d) ist erforderlich.
  • Zudem sollten Sie Erfahrung im Bereich des technischen Einkaufs mitbringen.
  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse mit.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick sind von Vorteil.
  • Ihr Profil wird durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift abgerundet.
