What are you going to do 

  • Disposition von Roh-, Fertig- und Hilfsmaterialien für Aufträge auf Basis von Materialstammdaten
  • Erstellung spezifikations- und regelwerkskonformer technischer Anfrage- und Bestelltexte für Lieferanten
  • Mitwirkung bei der technischen, terminlichen und sachlichen Prüfung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen von Unterlieferanten
  • Erzeugung von Planaufträgen für die Arbeitsvorbereitung auf Grundlage von Stücklisten, Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Definition optimaler Losgrößen sowie Monitoring von Beständen und Wiederbeschaffungszeiten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung und Auftragsleitstand
  • Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen für das Angebotswesen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. in der spanenden Metallverarbeitung oder im Apparatebau/Schweißerei) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
  • Erste Erfahrung in der technischen Disposition oder Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Office
  • Analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
