What are you going to do 

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Koordination, Überwachung und fachliche Bewertung der elektrischen und mechanischen Schnittstellen zwischen Offshore‑HVDC‑Station sowie DC‑ und AC‑Kabelsystemen
  • Unterstützung der Projekt- und Gesamtprojektleitung bei der Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Risiken an technischen Schnittstellen über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Projekt- und gewerkeübergreifende Abstimmung der technischen Schnittstellen mit internen Teilprojekten, Generalunternehmern, dem Offshore-Windpark sowie externen Stakeholdern
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellenmatrix und des Schnittstellenregisters zur transparenten Zuordnung von Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aufbereitung, Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Abstimmungen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Beschlüssen im technischen Schnittstellenumfeld
  • Implementierung, Pflege und Optimierung schnittstellenrelevanter Prozesse im Gesamtprojekt
  • Vorbereitung, Moderation und Dokumentation interner und externer Interface-Meetings

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, insbesondere Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Offshore-Stationen und idealerweise im technischen Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Projektpartnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils mindestens Niveau B2)
