What are you going to do 

  • Deine neuen Herausforderungen:
  • Technische Steuerung und Gesamtverantwortung von GenAI-/KI-Projekten über den gesamten Lifecycle - von Discovery und Prototyping bis zum produktiven Betrieb
  • Übersetzung fachlicher KI-Anforderungen in umsetzbare technische Lösungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklern und zentralen Rollen sowie zentrale technische Ansprechperson für KI-Projekte
  • Verantwortung für Architektur, Standards und Weiterentwicklung des GenAI-Stacks inklusive LLM-, RAG- und Agenten-Architekturen
  • Mitgestaltung der Delivery im Sprint, inklusive Planung, Schätzung, Abhängigkeitsmanagement und technischer Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherstellung der KI-Integration in APIs, Datenquellen und interne Plattformen sowie Verantwortung für CoWorker-Readiness
  • Verantwortung für Betrieb, Qualität, Observability, Security und Compliance produktiver KI-Systeme im Sinne von „You build it, you run it"
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams durch Mentoring, Onboarding und bereichsübergreifenden Wissenstransfer

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Delivery in produktnahen Teams
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Konzeption, Umsetzung und Skalierung von GenAI-/LLM-Projekten
  • Fundierte Praxis mit modernen LLM-Stacks, RAG-Architekturen, Vektor-Datenbanken, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, Agenten-Frameworks und MCP
  • Erfahrung in LLM-Evaluation, Observability, Guardrails sowie Qualitätssicherung und Kostensteuerung von KI-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Security-, Datenschutz- und Governance-Aspekten im KI-Umfeld, inklusive EU AI Act
  • Routine in technischer Projektarbeit, Refinement, Konzeption, Arbeitszerlegung und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
  • Solides Verständnis von API-Design und API-Governance, einschließlich OpenAPI, Versionierung und OAuth
  • Lernbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue AI-/LLM-Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
