What are you going to do 

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Software in der Technischen Prüfung
  • Verantwortung für die Aufwands- und Kapazitätsplanung innerhalb klassischer und agiler Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Steuerung sowie Controlling von Projektfortschritten und Reporting an interne sowie externe Stakeholder
  • Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau bestehender Testautomatisierungsstrategien
  • Organisation und Koordination von Prüfspezifikationen, Testplänen und Qualifikationstests
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen unter Einsatz moderner KI-gestützter Methoden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Qualitäts- und Projektteams

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Softwaretest, Quality Engineering oder Softwareentwicklungsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination technischer Teams
  • Kenntnisse in der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Entwicklungs- und Testprojekten
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Interesse an innovativen Technologien und dem Einsatz moderner KI-Modelle
