What are you going to do 

  • Mitarbeit an der Konzeption thermaler und fluiddynamischer Architekturen für hochpräzise mechatronische und optische Systeme
  • Entwicklung, Modellierung und Optimierung thermischer Systeme unter Berücksichtigung von Performance-, Termin- und Kostenzielen
  • Entwicklung von Methoden zur Systemidentifikation, Modellreduktion und Regelung thermischer Systeme
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Simulationsmodellen sowie Durchführung von 1D- und 3D-Simulationen
  • Planung, Definition und Auswertung von Tests zur Designverifikation und Modellvalidierung
  • Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege technischer Anforderungen sowie Entwicklungsdokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Designverifikation sowie der Fertigungs- und Integrationsfähigkeit im Rahmen der Industrialisierung
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Unterstützung bei technischen Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, externen Entwicklungspartnern, Lieferanten und Forschungseinrichtungen
  • Technische Vertretung der verantworteten Themen innerhalb von Entwicklungsprojekten und gegenüber Stakeholdern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossener Master der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Mechatronik, Kybernetik, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Auslegung thermischer Systeme im industriellen Umfeld

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CFD- und FEM-Simulationen

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
