What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsaktivitäten für komplexe Avionikprojekte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Definition von Anforderungen zur Konzeption, Auslegung und Nachweisführung von Elektroniksystemen
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Termin‑ und Kostenplänen sowie Aufgabendefinitionen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung von Entwicklungsaktivitäten mit internen Fachabteilungen, externen Partnern und Kunden
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versuchsanforderungen sowie Ableitung und Bewertung von Testergebnissen
  • Auswertung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation der Ergebnisse im Rahmen der Nachweisführung
  • Technische Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Konzeptlösungen


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Maschinenbau, Luft‑ und Raumfahrttechnik oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer sicherheitskritischer elektronischer Systeme erforderlich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams notwendig
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Systemarchitekturen und Entwicklungsprozessen im Avionik‑Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
