What are you going to do

Entwicklung, Spezifikation und Betreuung von Systemen und Subsystemen im Bereich E-Mobility
Analyse und Definition von Systemanforderungen in Abstimmung mit Kunden, Fachabteilungen und Entwicklungsteams
Erstellung und Pflege von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften sowie technischer Systemdokumentationen
Abstimmung von Schnittstellen zwischen Hardware, Software, Mechanik und Elektrik/Elektronik
Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
Durchführung von Anforderungs-, Änderungs- und Risikomanagement
Unterstützung bei Systemtests, Validierungen und Fehlermanagement
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie externen Partnern und Kunden

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Erfahrung im Systems Engineering, idealerweise im Automotive- oder E-Mobility-Umfeld
Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung elektrischer oder elektronischer Systeme, Batteriesysteme, Ladeinfrastruktur oder Antriebskomponenten von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Tools des Requirements Engineerings und Systemdesigns, z. B. DOORS, Polarion, Enterprise Architect oder vergleichbar
Verständnis für Entwicklungsprozesse im automobilen Umfeld, idealerweise nach ASPICE oder V-Modell
Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
