  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate process capabilities.
  • Manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities with suppliers.
  • Investigate non-conformities, coordinates root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Review and approve supplier documentation, including control plans and inspection reports.
  • Supports the development and qualification of new suppliers and materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, production) on supplier-related quality topics.
  • Monitors supplier performance metrics (PPM, delivery reliability) and drives improvement plans.
  • Support customer audits and prepares relevant supplier quality documentation.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Required knowledge of tools: such as APQP, PPAP, experience with process verifies at suppliers
  • Advanced knowledge of technical documentation
  • Experience in automotive in the same or similar position is a big plus
  • Secondary education in technical engineering is advantage
  • Knowledge of second language (English, German) is advantage
  • Flexibility
